VoltOS is operated by IVI PRO DEVELOPMENT EOOD.

Users can delete their VoltOS account directly in the mobile application.

Steps to delete your account in the VoltOS app:

1. Sign in to your VoltOS account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Enter your current password.
6. Confirm that the deletion is irreversible.
7. Submit the deletion request.

What is deleted

When the user is the only member and owner of an organisation created by that user, the account, organisation and dependent Sites, Meters, readings, tariffs and consent records are deleted.

Shared organisations and their data are preserved for the remaining authorised members. Account deletion may be blocked when required ownership conditions are not met or when withdrawal of an active provider consent fails.

Some information may be retained where required by applicable law, for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or technical backup cycles, as described in the VoltOS Privacy Policy.

Request deletion outside the app

Users who cannot access the app may request account deletion by emailing:

The request should be sent from the email address registered with the VoltOS account. Additional verification may be required to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
